life has been keeping me very busy lately and my little space here has been left a little neglected. lots has been happening!
I’ve started studying again and i’m also excited to say I’m a roller derby girl in-training! i’ve joined the wonderful gals at sun state roller girls and i’m excited to be going to watch my first bout this saturday!
the best news by far (a little old now but still) is that our little buddy Stewie was found and is home safe & sound after going missing for almost 3 months! and by a twist of fate, we adopted Lucy the day before stewie was found! so its been an interesting time recently while our two little buddies learnt to be buddies with each other…

today i’m missing him more than ever.

i haven’t really had any words to put here lately. stewie is still sadly not home, but i’m still hopeful. maybe he’s just on a big adventure and will come home when he’s ready with lots of stories to tell.
maybe.

my big brother had his birthday this week and i just wanted to say a big happy birthday and send lots of hugs his way. we celebrated on his actual birthday but i feel like i’ve been a million miles away these last two weeks.

a most perfect getaway has been followed by a week of devastating news. this week a loved one passed away after battling with cancer. I feel devastating sadness for the loss of such a beautiful person and also for the pain her family is feeling. i carry a heavy heart.
and yesterday Stewie didn’t come home. we have notified every vet, council and shelter within our area, put up posters and did letterbox drops to our close-by neighbours.

i want him home. i am anxious with worry that he is hurt or scared. i want to cry.
